Tuition fees and expenses

The overall cost of the 17-month Rochester-Bern Executive MBA program is CHF 75,000 (tuition fees CHF 63,000, selected expenses CHF 12,000).

 

Tuition fees: including online assessments and follow–up coaching sessions.

Selected expenses: including all required books and materials, cooperation with an alumni mentor, lunches and refreshments on regular class days in Switzerland, accommodation and some meals during mandatory educational trips to Rochester* and Shanghai, matriculation and exam fees as well as the graduation.

We know that the investment in further education can be substantial. That’s why the Rochester-Bern Fund is proud to provide the following incentives, scholarships and reductions:

 

Early Enrollment Incentive

Early applications benefit from a reduction.

Incentive I  CHF 5,000
Application  in-house by June 15

Application  in-house by September 15

 

RoBe Scholarship

We offer a scholarship for exceptionally qualified individuals who are not financially supported by their employer.

Scholarship  CHF 8,000

Application  in-house by November 15

Requirements:

  • One-page essay on personal challenges in an executive role.
  • Attendance at Open Day.
  • Copy of the further education agreement with employer.
  • CV in English

 

Women's Scholarship

We offer a scholarship for exceptionally qualified women who are not financially supported by their employer.

Discount  CHF 8,000

Application  in-house by November 15

Requirements:

  • One-page essay on perceived challenges as a woman in an executive role.
  • Attendance at Open Day.
  • Copy of the further education agreement with employer.
  • CV in English

 

Nik Kristic Scholarship

Nik is a deceased alumnus of the EMBA program who showed incredible dedication towards his further education. Coming from a simple background, he worked very hard for his achievements and showed firm willingness to constantly learn and self-improve. In honour of Nik, we support one candidate per class with a similar background and with a strong commitment for education. Only candidates who are not financially supported by their employer are eligible for this scholarship.

Scholarship  CHF 8,000

Application  in-house by November 15

Requirements:

  • One-page essay on personal dedication to education and life-long learning.
  • Attendance at Open Day.
  • Copy of the further education agreement with employer.
  • CV in English

 

Swiss Venture Club (SVC) members

Individual and corporate members* of the Swiss Venture Club benefit from a one-off 10% reduction on the tuition fees. 

Discount  CHF 6,300

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year SVC membership at program start.
  • Membership confirmation needs to be handed in with application documents.

*This offer is limited to one Executive Board Member per company annually.

 

Swiss Engineering (SE) members

Members of Swiss Engineering benefit from a one-off 15% reduction on the tuition fees.

Discount CHF 9,450

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year SE membership at program start.
  • Membership confirmation needs to be handed in with application documents.

  

Ladies Drive members

Members of Ladies Drive benefit from a one-off 10% reduction on the tuition fees. 

Discount  CHF 6,300

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year Ladies Drive membership at program start.
  • Membership confirmation needs to be handed in with application documents.

 

Please note that these incentives, scholarships and membership reductions are limited. They will be considered in order of application and may not be combined.
