Wir \u00fcberdenken die Art und Weise, wie Nachhilfe funktioniert, indem wir uns auf sinnvolle, individuelle Lernerfahrungen konzentrieren, die die Entwicklung jedes Sch\u00fclers wirklich unterst\u00fctzen. Aber um ein Unternehmen aufzubauen, das die Bildung ver\u00e4ndert, mussten wir zuerst unsere F\u00fchrungsqualit\u00e4ten ver\u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend meines CAS Business Transformation lernte ich das Konzept der Transformational Leadership kennen &#8211; ein F\u00fchrungsstil, bei dem Vertrauen, Visionen und pers\u00f6nliche Entwicklung im Mittelpunkt stehen. Das Konzept hat mich tief beeindruckt. Mir wurde klar, dass wir, wenn wir die Lernenden inspirieren wollen, auch unser Team inspirieren m\u00fcssen. Das war der Wendepunkt f\u00fcr unsere F\u00fchrungskultur bei TEACHY.<\/p>\n<p>Der erste Schritt bestand darin, von Kontrolle zu Vertrauen \u00fcberzugehen. Ich wandte mich vom Mikromanagement ab und konzentrierte mich darauf, andere zu bef\u00e4higen. Ich begann, mehr Fragen zu stellen, anstatt Antworten zu geben, und schuf so Raum f\u00fcr das Team, damit es wachsen, Verantwortung \u00fcbernehmen und seine eigenen Ideen einbringen konnte. Das war nicht immer einfach &#8211; aber es hat sich gelohnt.<\/p>\n<p>Wir f\u00fchrten regelm\u00e4ssige Entwicklungsgespr\u00e4che ein, keine formellen Leistungsbeurteilungen, sondern offene, zukunftsorientierte Gespr\u00e4che \u00fcber pers\u00f6nliche Ziele, St\u00e4rken und Werte. Diese Gespr\u00e4che wurden schnell zu einem der wirkungsvollsten Instrumente, um das Wachstum zu f\u00f6rdern und eine echte Verbindung innerhalb des Teams aufzubauen.<\/p>\n<p>Eine weitere wichtige \u00c4nderung war die F\u00fchrung durch Inspiration statt durch Belehrung. Wir begannen, \u201eWarum-Momente\u201c zu erz\u00e4hlen &#8211; echte Geschichten aus unserer Arbeit, die uns daran erinnern, warum wir tun, was wir tun. Ob es sich um einen Durchbruch eines Sch\u00fclers oder einen Tutor handelt, der sich besonders ins Zeug gelegt hat, diese Momente helfen uns, uns emotional mit unserer Mission und miteinander zu verbinden.<\/p>\n<p>Heute ist TEACHY nicht nur ein Ort, an dem Sch\u00fcler erfolgreich sind, sondern auch ein Ort, an dem sich Menschen gesehen, herausgefordert und inspiriert f\u00fchlen. Unser Team f\u00fchrt nicht nur Aufgaben aus, sondern gestaltet die Zukunft der Bildung mit, jeden Tag aufs Neue.<\/p>\n<p>Transformational Leadership ist keine schnelle L\u00f6sung. Es ist eine kontinuierliche Reise. Aber r\u00fcckblickend kann ich mit Gewissheit sagen: Es war eine der bedeutendsten Ver\u00e4nderungen, die wir als Unternehmen vorgenommen haben.
