CAS SME Management Info Session in Mai

How can SMEs keep up with the digital transformation even with limited resources? Which organizational structures effectively lead to more agility? And how can sustainability be introduced across all SME areas?

The course of study “CAS Effective SME Management” closes these existing knowledge gaps and provides specialists and managers in SMEs with the necessary knowledge and network to meet the new requirements. With this continuing education program, we apply the SME perspective from various industries so that management can expand their business knowledge in a targeted manner and successfully position themselves and their company in the market. The course is based on practical content and illustrative case studies that can be applied to your own companies.
