Prof. Dr. Marc K. Peter investigates digital business phenomena and provides practical tools for organizations to master the challenges and opportunities of the digital age. He is the author of many books, including “The Digital Transformation Canvas: Develop and implement your digital strategy”.
Prof Peter worked in Swiss SMEs as well as in large enterprises including eBay, E*TRADE and LexisNexis in the areas of strategy, technology, sales and marketing in Europe and Asia-Pacific. He was the General Manager of LexisNexis Pacific and led a holistic digital transformation strategy with 380 employees during six years, which created new digital business opportunities and automated processes to sustainably increase value creation.
Prof. Dr. Peter holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (CSU Australia), an Executive MBA (BFH/Babson College/PKU Beijing) and Master of Marketing (University of Basel). He also studied Finance at UC Berkeley and completed various executive programs at Columbia University, Harvard Business School, MIT and Stanford University.
