Tipps für inklusives Arbeiten
Natalia Soboleva experienced unforgettable study days during the CAS Board of Directors. She was particularly impressed by the first day of the module.

Many people ask themselves how they can tell whether they have chosen the right path/the right decision/the right course of study. They say it’s quite simple. As soon as you meet new people who broaden your world and your horizons.

That’s how it was for me from the first day I was part of the class at the RoBe continuing education program CAS Board of Directors. We all sat down and everyone had to stand up for their presentation. Only one pretty woman did not stand up. She began her presentation with the following words: “I stay seated, but not because I want to, but because I can’t”. Direct, honest and immediately makes you think about how much we already have, where we wake up and get up every day (in all senses of the word). So I met such an interesting woman on the first day who inspires and encourages you to pursue your dreams. I am so grateful that I was able to have so many exchanges and look at many things from other perspectives. I was also able to learn and take away so much from every single colleague and teacher. I am now grateful every day for the experiences that will stay in my heart forever.

Thank you, RoBe, and a big thank you to the lecturers and my class!
