Discover how AI agents can effectively support your leadership work. In this one-day workshop, you’ll learn to recognize the potential of digital support and leverage it specifically for your organization. Based on your own job description, you’ll develop an initial AI agent prototype, test its application, and learn how to safely manage and guide your AI agents. Finally, you’ll create your own concrete roadmap for the next six months.
In the AI Agent Lab workshop, you learn to distinguish between chatbots, AI assistants, and AI agents, gaining a clear understanding of their respective capabilities and use cases. You explore the benefits and risks of autonomous AI systems, including different levels of autonomy and the key requirements of the EU AI Act. Using an Agent Canvas, you design their own AI agent and implement it in a suitable tool. The workshop also focuses on establishing quality standards by defining the Definition of Done, Quality Gates, Human-in-the-Loop processes, and logging requirements. Finally, you clarify roles and responsibilities and develop concrete next steps to successfully bring your AI agent into practice.
