The Road to Self-Employment

In 2020, I took over ORELL Tec AG, a company with an international focus. I started my self-employment together with my business partner. This decision was a vital step in my entrepreneurial future. The training at Rochester Bern in the CAS VR program gave me crucial impetus to steer the company strategically and functionally in a sustainable direction.

Thanks to the in-depth training in corporate governance and management, I was able to optimally align ORELL Tec AG – at Board of Directors level – to the challenges of the industrial sector. The practical insights into effective corporate management and strategic planning were particularly valuable, enabling us to develop the company sustainably while expanding and securing jobs in the demanding industrial sector.
