After graduation, students continue their careers with new knowledge and energy. The alumni/ae organizations of our programs therefore offer opportunities to stay connected after you graduate.

Based on their respective program degree, our graduates have the opportunity join various tailored alumni/ae associations:

RoBe Alumni/ae Associations

Rochester-Bern Leaders Circle
The exclusive network, Leaders Circle, provides regular opportunities for alumni/ae to continue their education and lifelong development long after they have completed their program. In addition to exciting development opportunities, it enables exchanges with other classes and networking at your level. All Rochester-Bern graduates with a Simon Business School degree can join the Leaders Circle. Learn more
Rochester-Bern VR-Circle
CAS Board of Directors alumni/ae can join the VR Circle. A network that provides a shared platform and regular events for exchanges with other classes as well as continuous development even after completion of the program. Learn more

Alumni UniBE (University of Bern)
Alumni UniBE is the umbrella organization for all graduates of the University of Bern. On behalf of the Executive Board of the University, Alumni UniBE promotes networking among former students and helps them stay connected. The umbrella organization currently has 25 subject-specific organizations. Learn more
Simon Business School Alumni/ae
More than 100,000 people around the world can trace their roots to Simon Business School and the University of Rochester. The Rochester Alumni Exchange (RAX) can connect you with a powerful network of your peers.
It is supported by the Office of Alumni Relations and Development of the University of Rochester, which ensures that alumni/ae enjoy lifelong relationships with other graduates. The school organizes events and seminars for its alumni/ae, who are also part of an executive advisory committee that influences the school’s future. Learn more
Beta Gamma Sigma: The International Honor Society
Beta Gamma Sigma is the international honor society serving business programs accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International. Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program accredited by AACSB International, such as our Executive MBA.
The mission of Beta Gamma Sigma is to encourage and honor academic achievement in business studies, to cultivate and celebrate leadership and professional excellence, advance the values of society, and serve its lifelong members.
