Tailor-Made Executive Education

As a organization, you have the opportunity to develop and implement continuing education programs for your employees with Rochester-Bern that are specifically tailored to your needs. The offer ranges from a program or seminar developed entirely for you, to a combination of standard modules and company-specific content, to regular cooperation on regular programs. The continuing education programs for companies can be designed in such a way that they lead to regular CAS, DAS or MAS degrees from the University of Bern.

Program Development

During the development of the program, company and Rochester-Bern representatives cooperate closely. The development process of a company-specific program or seminar consists of five phases. It requires the commitment and involvement of both the top management of the company and the academic partner of Rochester-Bern.

Corporate strategy and future challenges are described. Target group, objectives, and preliminary needs are discussed.

Content and structure of the program/seminar as well as faculty are defined/aligned. Participants are selected and practical issues (e.g. place, schedule) are solved.

SVC-Seminars

Until 2023, RoBe sponsored the Prix SVC. The winner received a customized seminar for his or her company; the topics were mostly from the areas of strategy, leadership, and communication.
